  2. Mix Tuna, onions, garlic, eggs, vinegar, mayo, and all spices in a bowl..
  3. Place Bread slices on a cookie sheet, and broil about 1 minute on each side, until toasted. Remove from heat..
  4. Turn oven down to 375°F..
