Ingredients of Alu methi sabzi

  1. Take 1 of pao Potato (small).
  2. Prepare 1 of pao meethi.
  3. It’s 1 of Onion.
  4. It’s 4-6 of garlic cloves.
  5. Take 2 of tomatoes.
  6. Prepare 2 of green chilli.
  7. It’s 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.
  8. Prepare of Salt as per taste.
  9. Make ready 1/4 tsp of zeera.
  10. It’s 1/4 cup of Oil.

Wash drain and cover with wet paper towel.Aloo Methi Subzi-How to prepare Aloo Methi Subzi.Wash methi leaves and use the tender stems alone.Discard the thick stems and chop the rest finely.

  1. Heat oil in a wok, sauté garlic.till golden and crispy.
  2. Add onion slice cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add zeera cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Now add potatoes small cubes. tomatoes green chillies.
  5. And add all spices (salt, turmeric)and Sautee on high flame then add water 1/4 cup and cover lid until potatoes cooked well.,.
  6. Now add meethi then serves with roti or rice..
