  1. Take 8-10 of potatoes.
  2. Take 100 Gram of gram flour.
  3. You need to taste of salt.
  4. It’s as needed of oil for deep frying.
  5. You need 1 tsp of amchur(dry mango) powder.
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of fennel seeds.
  7. Make ready 1 tsp[ of red chilli powder.
  8. Prepare 1 tsp of garam masala powder.
  9. It’s 2 tsp of fresh coriander.
  10. Take 1 of green chilli.

  2. Now take A bowl.put gram flour add salt, pinch of turmeric and 1/2 teaspoon. red chilli powder. Keep adding little water and make a batter of thick, flowing consistency. Keep aside.
  3. Now heat oil for deep frying. Mash the potaoes mix thoroughly. apply oil on your fingers and palms. Take equal ball size mix of patotes..give round shape and dip in the gram flour batter. Deep fry immediately on low to medium flame. Serve hot with green.chutney or tomato ketchup or only vadas also taste yummy.
