  1. Break the china grass into pieces and soak in water and set aside for 10mins..
  2. Boil 250ml milk.. Boil on low to medium flame for about 4-5mins till lightly thickens, and then add sugar. Stirr till the sugar dissolves and turn off the flame..

(Note: as we had kept the remaining mixture aside in step 5, it would have already formed into a pudding so we need to heat it before pouring in our container).
  9. Plain pudding layer: follow the same process of step 2, 3 and 4. Pour the mixture onto the 3rd layer. Now before we refrigerate it we have to garnish it with a mango flower. Let it set for 20mins. Your mango pudding is ready to serve..
