  1. It’s 3 of boiled potatoes.
  2. Make ready 1 of onion.
  3. It’s 1 tbsp of oil.
  4. Take 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds.
  5. It’s 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
  6. Take 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
  7. Take 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder.

  6. Let the mix cool then make round balls of equal size..
  7. Add salt, red chilli powder, baking soda and carrom seeds to the gram flour and make a batter with water..
  8. Coat the potato balls in this gram flour batter..
  9. Heat oil in a wok and fry them in batches..
  10. Fry them till they are golden brown on both sides. Serve hot with chutney or sauce..
