  1. Peel potatoes and onion. Cut into small pieces.

  4. Take a karahi, add oil and add onion and fry till golden colour. Add alu into it. Add salt and green chilies. Cook for 5 minutes in low flame. Add small water and again cook for 5 minutes till the water dry..
  5. Add mustard oil. Then add posto paste and cook for 5 minutes. Posto is ready. Serve with rice.
