Ingredients of Batata vada

  1. Take 3 cups of potatoes boiled,peeled and mashed.
  2. Prepare 5 tbsp of oil.
  3. It’s 1 tsp of garlic paste.
  4. You need 1 tsp of ginger.
  5. It’s 3-4 of curry leaves finely chopped.
  6. Prepare 2 tbsp of besan.
  7. You need 1/2 tbsp of kasuri methi.

  4. Divide it into 9-10 equal portions..
  5. Prepare batter for vada take gram flour, baking soda and water mix at well..
  6. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame hot oil then add dip it potato ball into the batter and coat it evenly with hand and deep fry them until light golden brown..
  7. Ready to serve it..
