  1. Mix cheese,cream and icing sugar then whisk for couple of minutes untill you reach the thickness of whipped cream..
  2. In another bowl, dissolve coffee in milk.Then dip biscuits in it for few seconds and take care not to be soggy.Put them in the tray round and round as in the picture..
  3. Spread half of the cream mixture and grated chocolate then add another layer of biscuits..
  4. Chill in the fridge for 2 hours..
  5. Take it out of the fridge to bend biscuits as in the picture and take care that if you try to bend biscuits before the chilling step, it will break..
  6. Cover it with cling film and chill overnight. Then garnish with cocoa powder and berries..
