  2. Prepare 1 of s cup ___ wheat flour.
  3. Take 1 of s cup ___ grated dry coconut.
  4. Take 1 of s cup__ fresh ginger.
  5. You need 1/2 of s cup __ jaggery.
  6. It’s 1/2 of s cup _ ghee.
  7. Take 4 of _ cardamom.

  1. Grate dry coconut and make powder in mixer & keep aside. Peel the skin of ginger and make powder in the mixer (use same jar) & keep it side. Then roast sesame in a pan (without ghee) make powder if you want or keep it side. Roast wheat flour with two tsp ghee and transfer it to another plate. Then roast coconut powder with two tsp ghee & keep it side. Then roast fresh ginger powder in 4 tsp ghee and transfer it to another plate..
  2. Finally, put jaggery powder in same pan and add two tsp ghee. Allow it to melt then add all roasted ingredients one by one. Add wheat flour, ginger powder, coconut powder, & sesame seeds (or powdered) add salt and powdered cardamom and cloves. Off the gas and make laddoos have it with breakfast..
