Ingredients of Batata Vada

  1. Take 4 of medium size boiled potatoes mashed.
  2. Prepare 1/4 teaspoon of red chilli powder.
  3. Make ready 1/4 tsp of amchur(dry mango powder).
  4. It’s 2 of Green Chillies.
  5. Take 2 tsp of Coriander leaves.
  6. It’s to taste of Salt.
  7. Take 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
  8. Take 2 tsp of Curry leaves.
  9. You need 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds.
  10. Take 100 gm of besan/ gram flour.
  11. You need As needed of Mustard oil to deep fry.

  2. Meanwhile make a thick paste of besan and add spices..
  3. Make small round shape balls and dip it into besan paste and deep fry..
  4. Serve it hot with green chutney and tomato sauce, you can put batata Vada inside pav and enjoy..
