  1. Make ready 70 gram of crush ginger(around 1/3 cup).
  2. It’s 1/2 cup of sugar.
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup of jiggery.
  4. Prepare 1 tsp of ground ginger.
  5. Take 1 tsp of green cardamom powder.
  6. You need 1/4 cup of ghee or unsalted butter.
  7. It’s 2 tbsp of chopped pistachio.
  8. You need 1/2 cup of wheat flour.
  9. You need 1/3 cup of dates puree.
  10. Take 2 tbsp of chopped cashew nut.
  11. Take 2 tbsp of chopped almond.
  12. You need of some mix chopped dry fruit for garnish.

  2. Wash and peel ginger and grind or grate it..
  3. Heat another pan add ghee, ginger and sauté till they change colour. Add pistachios and mix well..
  4. After that add wheat flour and sauté till the flour is fragrant and completely cooked..
  5. Now add dates puree in sugar syrup and mix well, cook 2 to 3 minute..
  6. After that add ginger mixture and cook till mixture starts leaving sides..
  7. Add chopped dry fruit and mix well and transfer the halwa into a serving bowl and serve it. Garnish with dry fruits..
  8. You can store and use till 15 days but keep in cool and whenever you want to eat make it hot for good taste..
