Ingredients of Batata Vada

  2. Take 1/4 tsp of mustard seeds.
  3. Take 1 pinch of Asafoetida.

  5. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame. When oil is medium hot dip each potato ball into batter and coat it evenly with hand or spoon and gently drop balls in a single batch and deep fry until light golden brown..
  6. Drain excess oil using perforated spoon and transfer them on a plate. Batata Vada is now ready for serving..
