So i decided to make a paneer wrap, i had some cheese in my fridge, so i added that as well.I dont want the outer layer of the wrap to be too thick and chewy so i I used rumali roti for this, because it is thin and it taste so good.I also grated some carrots and cheese. spread a rumali roti, RECIPE HERE. cottage cheese called paneer are available in Indian stores.Add finely onions and green chili saute them till light brown.

- But in long strips with pizza cutter or knife, roll each strips very light handed..
- Add little water in leftover masala, cook till boil. Add amul cream and mix well…
