  1. Wash and peel the potatoes.

  5. Mix the flour,salt,tumeric,coriander(dhania), water into a porridge-like consistency.
  6. Put your cooking oil in a hot deep frying pan and let it get hot before putting in the potatoes..
  7. Dip the sliced potatoes in the flour mixture and carefully put them in the hot cooking oil.
  8. Fry until they are nice and a little crispy turning them in the oil only 2 times to avoid mashing them..
  9. Remove from the oil and drain the excess oil from the bhajias on a serviette..
  10. Serve with kachumbari,guacamole,ketchup or any sauce of your choice.
