- You need 2 of Medium chopped Onions.
- Take 2 of Medium Chopped tomatoes.
- It’s 1 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.
- Make ready 1/4 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- You need 2 tsp of Red Chilli powder.
- Take 1 tbsp of Coriander powder.
- Make ready 1 tsp of Kasuri Methi.
- You need 1/2 cup of Tomato purée / Ketchup.
- Make ready 2 tbsps of Cashewnut paste (Grind Cashewnuts with milk).
- You need 1 of Medium Carrot.
- Make ready 8-9 of French Beans Blanched & cut into one inch pieces.
- Prepare 2 of potatoes.
- You need 1 of Small green Capsicum - Cubed.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of water.
- Take 1 of small cube of cottage cheese.
- It’s of For Garnishing: Coriander leaves and Finely chopped Cashewnuts.

- Powder the Ingredients for the Kadai masala and keep it aside..
- Heat 2 tbsps of oil in a pan and add three tbsps Kadai Masala to it. Now add Chopped Onions and Sauté till brown..
- Added the Chopped tomatoes.
(Cover the pan and let it cook).
- Add Ginger-garlic paste, Turmeric powder, Red Chilli powder, Coriander powder, Kasuri Methi and mix it well..
- Add Tomato purée / Ketchup and the Cashewnut Paste and then add Blanched Carrots, French beans and Capsicums..
- Add 1 small cube of Cottage Cheese and add water and salt to taste..
- Cover the pan and let it cook for a while..
- Garnish with Coriander leaves and Finely chopped Cashewnuts..
- Serve it Hot with:
