Ingredients of Dahi Kabab

  1. Take 2 cups of Hung Curd.
  2. Prepare 2-3 tbsp of Roasted Besan / gram flour.
  3. Take 1/4 tsp of Elaichi Powder / cardamom.
  4. You need 1/4 tsp of Dalchini Powder / cinnamon.
  5. It’s 1 of medium sized onion(very finely chopped).
  6. Take 1 of " Small piece of Grated Ginger.
  7. Prepare 1 of Green Chilli (very finely chopped).
  8. You need 1/4 cup of Coriander Leaves (very finely chopped).
  9. Prepare 1/4 cup of Grated Paneer.
  10. Take 2-3 tbsp of Grated Cheese.
  11. Make ready 1/4 tsp of Red Chilli Powder.
  12. It’s 1/4 tsp of Black Pepper Powder.
  13. You need 1/4 tsp of Dhania,Jeera Powder / coriander,cumin powder.
  14. Take as needed of Salt.
  15. Prepare as needed of Bread Crumbs for coating.
  16. Make ready as needed of Oil for frying.

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix all the above ingredients except bread crumbs. Mix everything very gently..
  2. Gently make small balls with hands or spoon. Roll them on bread crumbs and flatten..
  3. In a kadhai, heat up the oil. Once oil gets heated, lower the flame. Deep fry the Kababs on lower to medium flame till it turns golden brown. Remove on tissue paper..
