It is called nariyal barfi in Hindi language.Be very careful whilst cooking this dessert as even a few extra seconds can cause the barfi to harden up.In a rectangular microwave-safe baking pan, whisk together milk powder, heavy cream, and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.This burfi is perfect when you're too lazy to cook, but gets some serious dessert cravings.

  1. In a microwavable  bowl, mix the sugar and water and cook on high for 10mins. Make sure you stir in between so that the sugar syrup will be in a string consistency.
  2. While this is happening, roast your rava.
  3. After the 10 mins, add the dessicated coconut, cardamom powder, clarified butter and the roasted rava and cook for 10mins again on high, by stirring in between (I did it between 2.5-3mins).
  4. The coconut burfi mixture will start to thicken. Once done, pour it on a greased plate and let it cool.
  5. Once cool, cut the burfi into any shape you like.
  6. Serve!.
