  1. At first wash chicken and place cuts over it take 1.5 tbsp of meat tender and 1.5tbsp of red chilli powder.
  2. Then take 1tbsp of Coriander powder, 1.5tbsp of yellow food colour and 1/2 tsp of sour salt.
  3. At first add yellow food color and then add 1tbsp of ginger garlic paste and then add red chilli and Coriander powder and sour salt and meat tender mix it well.
  4. Now add 3 to 4 tbsp of Shan tandoori masala and 1/3cup of cooking oil mix and marinate them for 7 to 8 hours.
  5. Then lit coals grease the grill with oil and the put marinated legs over it and apply oil over them and cook until tenderize.
  6. Then serve with parhata and enjoy❤.
