- Make ready 500 gm of Boneless Chicken.
- It’s to Taste of Salt.
- Take 2 Tablespoon of Curd.

- You need 50 gm of Cashew Nut.
- Prepare 3 of Green Chilli.
- Make ready 2 Tablespoon of Refined Oil.
- Prepare 1 of Cinnamon.
- You need 1-2 of Bayleaf.
- Take 2-3 of Cardamom.
- Prepare 5-7 of Black Pepper.
- Make ready 1-2 of medium sized onion paste.
- Prepare 2 tsp of Ginger Garlic Paste.
- You need 2-3 of Green Chilli.
- Make ready as needed of Fresh Cream.
- Prepare As needed of Dried Fenugreek leaves.
- You need 1 tsp of Kewda water.
Chicken Shahi Korma step by step
- Take a utensil add chicken salt curd lemon juice black pepper powder marinate them & keep it aside for 15-20 mins.
- Take hot water Dipped kaju 3 green chilli make it paste.
- Heat Oil in a nonstick pan add cinnamon bayleaf green cardamom Black pepper & saute for half a min add onion paste saute for 1-2 mins add ginger garlic paste salt & mix well stir well for 2-3 mins then add the marinated chicken & mix well then cover lid & cook for 15-20 mins until chicken cooks completely open lid & stir inbetween..
- Once Chicken is done, add in cashew green chilli paste & mix add 3 Green Chilli cover the lid for 2-3 mins till then oil comes up on surface open lid & add cooking cream & Cover again for 2-3 mins until oil oozes out on the suface.
- Open lid & add fenugreek leaves & kewda water cover for 2 mins & Serve Hot..
