- Prepare 1 kg of Chicken.
- You need 6 of Onion large size (finely chopped).
- Take 12 of Green chillies piece Almond - 9 -10 piece (Note - thick paste of green chilli and almond with little amount of water).

- You need 1.5 tablespoons of Ginger Garlic paste -.
- Make ready 2 teaspoons of Vinegar.
- Take As required of Salt.
- You need 2.5 tablespoons of Oils.
- It’s 1-2 pieces of Javitri (Mace mug).
- Take 4 of Cloves.
- You need 4-5 pieces of Star flower.
- Prepare 5 of Bay leaves piece.
- It’s 1 of Cinnamon stick piece.
- You need 1.5 teaspoons of Crushed black pepper.
- Make ready 2 pieces of Black Cardamom.
Shahi White Chicken korma instructions
- First we will heat the pan. After that we will add oil. When the oil is hot, then all the spices will be added to it..
- Then after 1 minute put onion, it has to be cooked for 5 minutes..
- Then add chicken to it. The chicken has to be mixed well. Add salt after 4 minutes..
- Then put the vinegar in it and mix it well..
- Step-5 After 1 minute, then ginger garlic paste is added and crushed Black pepper is to be added. Then you have to mix everything well..
- After 2 minutes, add almond and green chili paste..
- Then add curd and mix well..
- Cover and cook for 7 minutes..
- Then open it and mix it well and then cover and cook the chicken till the chicken is fully cooked..
- Serve the hot Shahi Chicken with roti or Mughlai Paratha..
- Note- Do not use water in this whole recipe..
