- Peel and mash boiled potatoes. Add grated ginger and chopped green chilli and coriander leaves. Mix well. Mix salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, chaat masala, black pepper, carom seeds, and squeeze half lemon and mix well. Filling is ready..
- Take one glass of water in big vessel. Dip bread in it and take out gently and press the bread slice with the other hand in such a way that excess water is removed from slice without breaking the slice..
- Now put a portion of filling in it..
- Fold gently and seal it's sides in the center giving it a cylindrical shape..

- Heat oil in a karahi and deep fry till golden brown colour..
- Flip the side and fry from other side also till golden brown..
