Stuffed Drumsticks Muglai Paratha step by step
- In a bowl add all the ingredients of dough and mix well.knead it properly with required water dough should bhi little hard.keep aside..
- Now cut drumsticks in small pieces and boil them till done.drain and keep aside.
- In a bowl take gram flour add all ingredients and make a thick paste..
- Now make filling Peelthe drumsticks and churn it in grinder.
- Now heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds ginger garlic paste saute it..
- Now add chopped onions and saute till light brown..
- Now add grinded drumsticks and saute till it turn thick,add chopped drumsticks leaves,mashed potatoes and all spices mix well and cook for 5mins.
- Make paratha roll a chapati of dough now spread filling all over chapati evenly..
- In non-stick pan put that paratha and cover the filling with gram flour paste cover it with lid and cook it on low flame..
- Cook it properly from both side and place it on plate.garnish it with curd turminder paste chopped onion and sev cut it in and serve..
