  1. Prepare 1 of small apple.
  2. You need 1 glass of chilled milk.
  3. You need 4-6 of dates soaked in water for 30 mnts.
  4. You need 2 tbsp of roasted oats.
  5. It’s 1 tbsp of roasted flaxseeds.
  6. It’s 7-9 of soaked and peeled almonds.
  7. Take 2 tbsp of yogurt (optional).
  8. Take 2 tbs of honey.
  9. Make ready 1 tsp of vanila essence (optional).
  10. Prepare 3 tbsp of chocolate syrup.
  11. You need As required of Melon seeds and apple wedges for garnishing.

  1. Peel and chop apple..
  2. Grind turn by turn all the ingredients. First grind oats and flax seeds,then almonds,then dates and finally add milk,chocolate syrup,vanila essence and grind well..
