Ingredients of Fusion Dhokla
- Make ready 1 cup of Khichdi.
- Make ready 1/2 cup of Bangal Gram(Besan).
- Make ready 4 of tblspn Semolina (Sooji).
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- Make ready 1 tsp of Eno.
- Make ready 10 gm of ginger.
- You need 1 cup of Curd.
- You need 4tsp of Sugar.
- You need 1tsp of Mustard seed.
- It’s 2 of lemon.
- It’s 4-5 of Curry leaves.
- It’s 6-8 of green chilli.
Fusion Dhokla step by step
- Mix left over khichdi, Besan, Sooji, salt, ginger, 2 green chilli, curd and water And blend them together. Paste should be thick but in floating form..
- Add Eno and mix for 30 seconds and it is now ready to steam in cooker..
- Steam for 10-15 minuts.
- Meanwhile prepare the seasoning. Take 2 spoon oil in a pan. Add mustard seed, Assofoetida, curry leaf and green chillies. Now add 3 spoon sugar and lemon juice. Add a glass of water. Boil and now let it be cool down.
- Check the Dhokla by putting a knife inside it. If knife comes out clean. Then it is done.
- Leave it for 5 minutes to cool it down. Now add seasoning little by little..
- Garnish with coriander leaf/grated coconut..
- Let it set for 15 minutes. Then cut it into pieces..
- Serve with Green Chutney or sauce..
