Ingredients of Osaka Okonomiyaki

  1. Take of Cabbage.
  2. Prepare of Yamamimo.
  3. Prepare of Carrots.
  4. Prepare leaf of Onions.
  5. Take 1 cups of flour okonomiyaki.
  6. It’s 100 ml of water.
  7. You need of Vegetable oil.
  8. You need of Eggs.
  9. Prepare of Tenkasu or agedama.
  10. You need of Katsuobushi.
  11. Make ready of Ao-nori.
  12. It’s of Japanese mayoo.
  13. Make ready of Okonomiyaki sauce.

Osaka Okonomiyaki instructions

  1. Cut your vegetable like this. 🙋🏻‍♀️ Ignore my onions okay…. (i just prepare for curry).
  2. Onions leaf cut like this.
  3. Pour 1 cups flour and eggs inside. Mix well.
  4. Mix with 100 ml water mix with your Yamaimo.
  5. Put inside carrots, mix well.
  6. Put inside cabbage, mix well.
  7. Put inside onions leaf, mix well.
  8. Put inside tenkatsu (if you eat udon or tempura you know this one right).
  9. Wait 3-4 minutes with low medium fire.
  10. Put meat and flip you can add egg also. Wait 2 minutes and done..
  11. Prepare your okonomiyaki, first put japanese mayoo.
  12. Second put your okonomiyaki sauce or お好み焼きソース.
  13. Third put Katsuobushi or fish flakes.
  14. Fourth and finish spread ao nori.
  15. Ittadakimasu!!.
