Ingredients of Kansar

  1. Make ready 1 cup of whole wheat flour (coarse).
  2. You need 1 tbsp of Ghee to add in aatta.
  3. It’s 1/4 cup of jaggery.
  4. Make ready 3/4 cup of water.
  5. Make ready 1 tbsp of Ghee to add in the water.
  6. You need As required of Melted ghee - accordingly.
  7. It’s As per taste of Powdered sugar - accordingly.

Kansar instructions

  1. Take flour, add oil in that. Mix it well and keep it aside..
  2. Take a heavy bottom pan. Add water, ghee and jaggery. Let it boils for some time..
  3. Add flour in this water. Close it without mixing. Cook it on low flame for another 5 minutes. After that, open and mix it well..
  4. And shift to another vessel which can go in your cooker..
  5. Take a pressure cooker. Add water and keep the kansar vessel in that. Close it. Give 5-6 whistles..
  6. Open and serve hot with main dish. Don't forget to add powdered sugar and ghee on the top. Mix it well and enjoy..
