- Mix the eggs and milk together in a shallow bowl..
- In a frying pan over a low to medium heat melt the butter..
- Soak the panettone slices on each side in the egg mixture..
- Add the slices to the hot pan as you go along and fry on each side for 2 minutes..
- Mix the cinnamon and sugar together well in a small bowl..
- Remove the panettone from the pan and transfer to a bowl..
- Sprinkle a tablespoon of the sugar mixture to the slices..
- Drizzle with vanilla custard and a scope of vanilla ice cream..
