Ingredients of Palak Paneer Steamed Rice
- Make ready 2 bunch of palak/spinach leaves.
- It’s 100 gram of paneer.
- You need 1/2 cup of onion paste.
- Take 1/2 cup of tomato paste.
- It’s 1 tsp of chopped ginger.
- Make ready 1 tsp of chopped garlic.
- It’s 2-3 of green chilli.
- Take 2 tsp of panjabi masala powder.
- You need 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of haldi(Turmeric) powder.
- Take 1 tsp of Jeera/cumin seeds.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of hing/asafoetida.
- It’s 2 tbsp of dahi/ fresh cream / malai.
- You need 1 tbsp of butter.
- Make ready 1 tbsp of oil.
- It’s 1 tsp of kasturi methi.
- You need 1 tsp of lemon juice.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- You need as needed of Water.
Palak Paneer Steamed Rice instructions
- Blanched palak, make a smooth paste along with green chillies in mixer..
Cut paneer in cubes…
- Take pan, heat on medium flame, add butter and oil, add jeera, hing, ginger, garlic, saute well….
- Add onion paste, saute till colour changed..
Add tomato paste, mix well…
Add haldi, salt, mirchi powder, garam masala, mix well…
- Add paneer cubes, palak puree, mix well, add dahi/ fresh cream, mix well..
Cook for 2- 3 minutes…
- Add lemon juice, kasoori methi..
Finally mix well..
Ready to serve…
- Serve with paratha, naan, kulcha..
Here I serve with steamed rice…
