Choco Pedas Recipe. This is chocolate lovers' dream come true. It has a perfect amount of chocolatey flavor with the right amount of sweetness.

You can cook Choco Pedas using 4 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you cook it.

Ingredients of Choco Pedas

  1. It’s 1/2 tin of milkmaid.
  2. Take 200 gm of milk powder.
  3. It’s As needed of Almonds.
  4. It’s 2 tbsp of cocoa powder.

I have used milk choco chips for the chocolate flavor but you could use cocoa powder instead.Also, I have used Callebaut brand you could use any good brand.The Pedas will be soft when it is warm and tend to hold shape and turn firm upon cooling.Instead of ghee, you can also use butter.

Choco Pedas instructions

  1. Take a pan add milkmaid and stirring it for 5 minutes in low flame.
  2. Now add milk powder in a batches and stirring it continues.
  3. Stirring it in low flame until mixture turns into dough form.
  4. Now add cocoa powder in mix it well. and take it out in a palte and let it cool down..
  5. Now make a pedas give nice shape and decorate with almonds..
  6. Now your choco pedas is ready enjoy your homemade sweet in diwali..
