- In mixing bowl add peel and grated beetroot, yellow bell pepper, green chillies ginger paste,hung curd,paneer, coriander leaves,salt to taste. Mix well..
- Make round tikki. Dip in maida slurry and coat each with bread crumbs. On it decorate with cashewnuts halves. Sprinkle little oil on each tikkis..
