Ingredients of Chocolate Peda
It’s 1 cup of milk powder.
It’s 1/4 cup of sugar.
It’s 1/4 cup of milk.
Prepare 1/4 cup of cocoa powder.
Take 1 tsp of ghee.
Peda comes in so many different flavors depending on the key ingredient added to it.I like both plain milk and chocolate pedas.So I've come up with an idea to combine these two flavors in one peda to.Chocolate peda is very popular among all age people, but it is specially loved by children very much.
Chocolate Peda instructions
Add all the ingredients except ghee in a nonstick Pan..
Mix everything well to make sure that there are no lumps. Cook for 12-15 minutes on medium flame or until it get thickens..
Add ghee now. Once the mixture leaves the Pan, turn off the flame..
Take the mixture in a plate. Once the mixture is not so hot, give the desired shape. I made round. Garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios. Enjoy this delicious Peda !!.
