  1. Preheat the oven to gas 7 / 210C / 425F and line 2 baking trays with foil.
  2. Spray the foil with oil, lay the sweet potato slices on and spray lightly again. Sprinkle your seasoning over. If you like crispier chips, dust them in cornflour / cornstarch before seasoning.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes turning once halfway through, then serve with dip of choice. BBQ or ranch sauce go really well!.
