- Take 500 ml of milk.
- Make ready 1 cup of rose syrup.
- Make ready 1 of red rose.
- Take 1/2 cup of sugar.

- Make ready 4 tsp of lemon juice+4 tsp of water mixed together.
- Take as required of Ice cold water.
- It’s 1-2 tsp of chopped pista.

Rose rasgulla step by step
- First we have to curdle milk to make paneer.For this I took juiceof2 lemon which gave 4tsp of juice.I mixed this with equal quantity of water.Keep this aside..
- Boil the milk.When boiled add the lemon mix little by little till milk curdles..
- After curdling don't boil, switch off flame as we won't get soft paneer if boiled for more time.To reduce the process add a cup of water to curdled milk..
- Then keep a muslim cloth on strainer and strain paneer.Wash paneer by adding 2 more cups of normal water..
- Then press and remove excess water and wash paneer well under tap.Tie and hang paneer for 1/2 hour.Or keep a heavy thing above paneer and keep aside..
- Then take paneer rub and make soft by using palm or can use mixer jar and run2_3pulse.I did in mixer jar.It became soft but will be little sticky so roll paneer in plate for 3_4 times don't give pressure on it..
- During rolling I added half rose petals chopped.Mix them well.Make small balls using palm and fingers..
- At this time boil 5 cups of water with 1 cup of rose syrup and half cup sugar in wide kadai, pan or cooker..
- When boil starts add paneer balls one by one to the solution..
- Close the lid and boil paneer balls at high flame for12_15minutes or till balls doubles and becomes soft..
- Then take rasgulla from boiling solution and add to ice cold water.Add all the rasgullas in ice cold water.Keep in ice water till rasgullas cools down completely.When taking each rasgulla from kadai or pan the flame should be high only..
- At this time boil the left rose sugar solution for 5 minutes and cool down.Dont make it of string consistently it should be loose solution..
- Then add rasgulla from ice water by squeezing off water and add to rose syrup solution.Refrigerate and serve for better result.Garnish with chopped rose petals and chopped pista..
