- Prepare of Marination # 1.
- You need of Chicken boneless cubes 1/2 kg.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- It’s 1 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.

- Prepare 1 tbsp of Raw papaya paste.
- Take of Marination # 2.
- Take 2 tbsp of Cream cheese.
- Prepare 3 tbsp of Yogurt (water strained).
- Make ready 2 tsp of Cornflour.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- Take 1 tsp of Whole spice powder.
- Prepare 1 pinch of Saffron.
- Prepare 1 of Egg.
- You need 1 tbsp of Cilantro finely chopped.
- Take 1 tbsp of Green chilli finely chopped.

- Prepare of Oil for brushing.
- It’s of Skewers 10 to 12 or more if needed.
Shahi Malai Boti step by step
- Wash and pat dry boneless Chicken cubes..
- Now marinate them for 1 hour with the ingrediants of marination # 1..
- Now after 1 hour, mix all the ingrediants of marination # 2 and leave it for at least 4 more hours..
- Now sew 5 to 6 cubes in each skewer, and brush it with little oil.
- Now bake it in pre heated oven on 250°c for 8 to 10 mins each side..
- After that give it a coal smoke & serve it with hot Naan & Green Chutney & fresh salad..
- You can also cook it in pot or grill it or even bbq it..
- While baking it will release water, so make sure to keep it on the edges of a 1 to 2 inches deep dish so the water will not touch the Chicken..
