  6. Heat 1 lit milk in a vessel, add sugar, cardamom powder on low medium flame till the milk thickens..
  7. Add one pinch baking soda and make a dough..
  8. Make small balls and flatten it..
  9. Now ready to fry..
  10. Now, deep fry in medium heat oil and fry till it's golden brown..
  11. Milk is ready and hot and now drop the fried rasabalis one by one and cook it for 5 mins on medium flame..
  12. Turn off the flame and let it cool down..
