- You need 5 of tomatoes.
- It’s 1 of jalapeno pepper.
- You need 1 of green pepper.
- Take 1 of banana pepper.
- It’s 1/2 medium of sized red onion.
- Take 1/2 medium of sized white or yellow onion.
- It’s 3 of stalks of green onion.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of corn.
- You need 1/2 cup of cilantro.
- You need 1 tbsp of minced garlic.
- Make ready 1 slice of of lime squeezed.
- Take 1 tsp of salt.
- It’s 1 tsp of pepper.
- Take 1 tsp of hot sauce if preferred.
Chunky Garden Salsa step by step
- Chop or dice tomatoes and peppers to size of your liking and add to large bowl. Be careful after chopping your jalapeno. Do not rub eyes or face. I usually dice it first so the other veggies help neutralize the jalapeno on your hands..
- Chop or dice the the 3 different onions and stir into tomato and peppers in large bowl..
- Chop cilantro until you have about half a cup..
- Next add in the corn, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, salt, pepper and hot sauce..
- Stir well..
