- For tacos prepare a soft dough from the ingredients listed on tacos and knead for around 2 minutes..now keep the dough to rest for about 10 minutes.
- Now for marination put hung curd in a bowl then put all the ingredient listed under marination and whisk it well.
- Now put all the vegetables and mix it lightly and put it in refrigerator for 1/2 hour.
- After it marinated well put oil in a pan when the oil get hot put the marinated vegetables and saute in high flame until the mixture get dry and cooked well.
- For naan now again knead the dough and make medium sized balls and roll it slightly thick and grill the naan until it cooks well.
- For assembling first put naan in a plate then apply mint curd chutney then paneer tikka filling and put some onion rings on the top.. Naan tacos are ready.
