- Once the pork is reday add a squeeze of lime and drizzle of honey, give it a good stir and and top the mango with it..
- Next sprinkle each lettuce cup with the zest, nuts, coriander and radish each garnish adds colour, texture and flavour to the cups..
- Addin extra chilli sauce is optional and not essential maybe just drizzle a bit around the cups so people can dip if they want to..
