- Now our chhena gets dry. Now mash it with your palm until it become smooth. Now add maida or cornflour in it and mix it very well. Make a soft and smooth dough of chhena..
- Now take a lemon size portion of chhena and make a ball. Make sure there is no cracks on balls. When you making balls remember, it becomes double in size after cook..
- Now take a pressure cooker add sugar and water in it let it be boil. Keep the flame on full. When sugar syrup started boiling add cheena balls in it and cover the cooker. Turn on gas on full flame after 1 whistle sim the flame and cook it 5 min more on sim flame. Now switch of the flame. After 5 mins remove pressure from cooker and open cooker. Now flip rasgulla slowly with spoon and cook it more 5 mins on full flame. Now switch off the flame and add 1 cup cold water in it..
