Ingredients of Chilli Babycorn

  1. It’s 1 bottle of canned babycorn (small/average size bottle).
  2. You need 3 tablespoons of Refined oil for deep fry.
  3. It’s 2 tablespoons of Refined oil for mixing /cooking (gravy).
  4. Make ready 2-3 of Chillies.
  5. You need 1 of capsicum.
  6. You need 1 of big Onion.
  7. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
  8. You need 2 tablespoons of Soya sauce for Marination.
  9. Make ready 2 tablespoons of Soya sauce for gravy.
  10. Make ready 2 tablespoons of Tomato Sauce.
  11. It’s 2 tablespoons of Chilli Sauce.
  12. It’s 3 teaspoons of Corn flour for Gravy.
  13. Take 3 tablespoons of Corn flour for Marination.
  14. You need 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour (for Marination).
  15. Prepare as per taste of Salt.
  16. Make ready 10-15 of Garlic Cloves.
  17. Take 1 teaspoon of Ginger Garlic paste.
  18. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder.

  5. Now, slowly put the Chopped capsicum and mix together, put salt and pinch of pepper and cook for a while..
  6. After few mins, put soya sauce, tomato sauce and chilli sauce and mix it, slowly put the fried baby corns and cook for a while..
  7. In another bowl, mix cornflour and water and slowly put the mixture in the above (step 6), and stir it..
  8. Garnish in with chopped Coriander leaves or chopped spring onion and it's Ready!!!!.
