Ingredients of Sprout Salad
- It’s 1/2 cup of Mung beans sprouts.
- You need 1/2 cup of Cucumber chopped.
- Take 1/2 of Red pepper chopped.
- Prepare 1/2 of Green apple chopped.
- It’s 1/2 of Avacado chopped.
- You need 1/2 cup of Lettuce shredded.
- It’s 2 tbsp of Walnut crushed.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of Olive oil.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Lime Juice.
- Make ready of To garnish Salt and Pepper.
Sprout Salad step by step
- In a bowl add shredded lettuce. Toast walnut and crush them.Add crushed walnut to lettuce and keep aside.
Now in another bowl mix all the ingredients except salt, pepper,lime juice and oil..
- I highly recommend for homemade sprouts. But you can buy it from store also.
Mix them.. Now add salt, pepper and oil. Mix them together. Add lime juice and stir..
- Now add lettuce and walnut mix to this and mix slowly.
