- Make ready 1 spoon of rose water.
- Make ready 1/2 drops of mitha atar.
- You need 1 spoon of garam mashala powder.
- It’s 1 spoon of garlic paste.
- Prepare 1/2 spoon of ginger paste.
- Make ready 1 spoon of ghee.
- You need 1 spoon of butter.

- First, the rice will be made in a container and the water will be kept out..
- Marinate with chicken salt, tarmaric powder, chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste,garam mashala powder, onion and stir it with a little water..
- Now the chicken is boiled it will take down..
- Put the little bit of butter in a pan with star anish,bay leaf, cardamom, alu bokhra and gravy with chicken in the pan, and fill it with rice..
- Now you have to spread the mixture of chicken leg, boiled potato, boiled egg and rose water and kotha star over a little more rice..
- Serve with a small amount of kasar water or food colour and little bit of ghee spread over the rice..
