  6. Make ready 12 of Cashews, chopped.

  3. Slowly the water of the carrot will start drying, now add the chopped nuts, keep some for garnishing and mix it and cook for few minutes..
  4. Then add the milk and cook for about 10 minutes or so. The carrot will soften a little by this time and the milk reduced by 80-90%..
  5. Add the condensed milk and mix again and cook for another 5-10 minutes. Keep the flame low and cook till the ghee starts separating. That means your halwa is ready. Turn off the flame. Serve warm garnished with almond and cashew. Bon Appetit!!!.
