We are making Veg Thukpa today. Vegetarian Thukpa is a classic soup like dish from Tibet widely popular in Nepal, North Eastern region of India and also very popular in Leh Ladakh.

Ingredients of Thukpa(a tasty soup)

  1. Prepare 200 gm of chicken mince.
  2. Take 1 cup of chop carrot.
  3. You need 1/2 cup of green peas.
  4. You need 1/2 cup of french bean.
  5. Make ready 11/2 cup of noodles.
  6. It’s 1/2 cup of chop onion.
  7. It’s 2 tsp of chop ginger.
  8. Take 4 tsp of chop tomato.
  9. It’s 5 tsp of coriander leaves.
  10. You need 2 tsp of lemon juice.
  11. It’s 2 tsp of soya souce.
  12. You need 2 tsp of salt.
  13. It’s 1 tsp of corn flour.
  14. Prepare 3 tsp of green chilli.
  15. Make ready 1/2 cup of spring onion.
  16. Make ready 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
  17. Prepare 2 tsp of black pepper.
  18. You need 1 tsp of white pepper.
  19. Make ready 4 tsp of oil.
  20. Prepare 1 tsp of butter.
  21. It’s 2 tsp of chop garlic.
  22. It’s 2 tsp of oregano.

Thukpa(a tasty soup) instructions

  1. At first,chop all vegetables.
  2. Take water in pan and boil the chicken.
  3. Chop into small pieces of the chicken.
  4. Then,put oil and butter in pan..
  5. Add onion,garlic,ginger and spring onion..
  6. Saute it and add tomato.
  7. Then,add all vegetable with salt.
  8. Saute it with both pepper and chilli powder in the vegetable in same pan.
  9. Add chicken pieces in pan.
  10. Saute it and add chicken stock in pan..
  11. Boil the noodles with salt.
  12. Add some oil on it and make smooth..
  13. At the time of boiling,stir it.
  14. Add noddles,corn flour and coriander leaves on it.
  15. Lastly add soya souce,lemon juice in it and stir again.
  16. Boil it and ready the soup.
  17. Serve hot it in a bowl.
