Ingredients of Satsaga

  1. Prepare 1 cup of chopped sarso ka saag.
  2. You need 1 cup of chopped moli.
  3. It’s 1 cup of chopped shalgam.
  4. Make ready 1 cup of chopped gajar.
  5. Make ready 1 cup of chopped methi.
  6. Make ready 1 cup of chopped aalu.
  7. You need 1 cup of chopped cauliflower.
  8. Take 4-5 of fresh aamla.
  9. It’s 3 tbsp of chopped adruk.
  10. It’s 2 tsp of chopped chillies.
  11. Prepare 1 tsp of jeera.
  12. Take 1 tsp of red chilly powder.
  13. Prepare of salt as pr taste.
  14. It’s 1 tsp of coriander powder.
  15. It’s 3 tbsp of oil.

Satsaga instructions

  1. Take a big kadai heat oil add jeera saute it. Add adruk, chilles, all vegetables and saute for 5 minutes.
  2. Add all fry ingredients and cover the lid and cook for 20-25 minutes or till soft.
  3. Serve hot with puri or pranatha.
