  2. Make ready 1 liter of Milk.
  3. Prepare 1/4 cup of Sugar.

  7. It’s 3 of Shelled & crushed cardamoms.

  1. Pour the milk in a big pan,.
  2. Add the sugar, part of the Saffron,+ the whole cardamoms..
  3. Bring the milk to boil..
  4. Meanwhile, combine the milk powder, oil, baking powder, the remainimg saffron, the crushed cardamoms &the egg..
  5. Mix well till it forms a nice dough..
  6. Make small balls out of the dough..
  7. As soon as finished making balls, put them gently in the boiling milk, lower the heat a little, so that the milk doesn't overflow & keep turning them gently, BE CAREFUL NOT TO BREAK THEM..
  8. When the balls start rising, lower the heat a little & keep stirring GENTLY. Cook for about 7-8 more minutes..
  9. Remove from heat. Transfer into a serving dish & garnish with sliced almonds & pistacchios..
  10. Refrigerate after cooling it completely. Serve cold..
