- Prepare 1.5 -2 teaspoon of Biryani Masala Powder (adjust to suit your taste).
- Take 1small of tomato (optional) chopped.
- Take 2 1/2 cups of water or thin coconut milk.
- You need 2-3 tablespoons of Oil (or ghee).
- Prepare 10 of cashews or fried capsicum for garnish (optional).
- You need 2 tablespoon of CURD OR YOGURT.
- Make ready 1/8 teaspoon of salt for veggies + ¼ tsp for water.
- Take 1 of bay leaf (or tej patta).
- It’s 4 of green cardamoms (or elaichi).
- Prepare 1 of star anise (or chakri phool).
- Take 2 inch of cinnamon (or dalchini).
- Make ready 6 cloves of (or laung).
- It’s 1/2 teaspoon of shahi jeera or jeera or cumin.
