Mix the first 3 things together, well..
Mix in egg and milk and beat until light and fluffy..
Blend flour, baking powder, and salt together. Mix into shortening and egg mixture. Beat well..
Chill dough for about hour. Divide dough. Roll out on floured board. Cut into shapes you want.
I use parchment paper lined cookies sheets. Oven preheated 375, bake for 6 to 8 minutes.
