- It’s 2 cups of fenugreek leaves.
- You need 3-4 of diced potatoes.
- You need 3-4 of medium size tomatoes.
- Prepare 1 cup of diced carrots.
- You need 1 cup of peas.
- Take 1 of small onion (sliced).
- It’s 2 tsp of red chilli flakes.
- It’s 1 n half tsp of turmeric powder.
- Take of To taste salt.
- Take 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
- You need 4-5 of red button chillies.
- Prepare 5-6 of curry leaves.
- Make ready 2-3 of green chillies.
- It’s 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
- Take 3-4 tbsp of oil.
Methi Aloo Gajar Matar ki bhujiya ! instructions
- Heat oil in a pot n fry onions till golden brown..
- Now add cumin seeds, red button chillies & curry leaves.. saute for a min than add ginger garlic paste n saute till aroma comes out. Than add turmeric powder, red chilli flakes n salt n fry..
- Now add potatoes n fry, than add peas n tomatoes..mix n cover the lid until tomatoes softened..
- Now add carrots, mix n again cover the lid… cook it on low flame for 7 to 10 mins..
- Now add fenugreek leaves, mix n again cover the lid… cook it till water dries up.. I the mean time keep stirring time to time..
- In last add green chillies n cook for another 4 to 5 mins. Ready to eat with paratha, chapati or even with daal chawal. Enjoy !.
