Ingredients of Moringa Paratha
- It’s 1 cup of Whole wheat flour.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of yogurt.
- Take 1/2 cup of Moringa leaves washed.
- Prepare 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- Make ready 2-3 of green chillies chopped fine.
- Take 1 Tbsp of Peanut oil.
- It’s as needed of Water.
- Prepare as needed of Oil / Ghee to fry.
Moringa Paratha step by step
- In a bowl add Whole wheat flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chopped green chillies, peanut oil and mix..
- Add chopped Moringa leaves, and with yogurt start making the dough. Add water if needed. The dough should be soft. Smear with oil and keep it covered with a muslin cloth for 5-10 mins.
- Make balls and Roll out the dough. Add little wheat flour if needed while make the Parathas..
- Heat the tawa and roast the Paratha. Add ghee to fry on both sides. Enjoy with pickle and yoghurt.
