Ingredients of Moringa Paratha

  1. It’s 1 cup of Whole wheat flour.
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup of yogurt.
  3. Take 1/2 cup of Moringa leaves washed.
  4. Prepare 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
  5. Make ready 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
  6. Make ready 2-3 of green chillies chopped fine.
  7. Take 1 Tbsp of Peanut oil.
  8. It’s as needed of Water.
  9. Prepare as needed of Oil / Ghee to fry.

Moringa Paratha step by step

  1. In a bowl add Whole wheat flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chopped green chillies, peanut oil and mix..
  2. Add chopped Moringa leaves, and with yogurt start making the dough. Add water if needed. The dough should be soft. Smear with oil and keep it covered with a muslin cloth for 5-10 mins.
  3. Make balls and Roll out the dough. Add little wheat flour if needed while make the Parathas..
  4. Heat the tawa and roast the Paratha. Add ghee to fry on both sides. Enjoy with pickle and yoghurt.
